“Cooking for me is a lifestyle and a great joy.

 Born in a family of food professionals, I was lucky to be trained by some of the most elite Chefs of Great Manchester. 

 From owning my own restaurant to working in a wide range of kitchens, my expertise sits with uniting the best produce and selecting unique flavours to create luxurious and delightful dishes. 

 At Café de Paris I will be sharing my passion for finesse and attention to relish every customer, bringing them a satisfying and memorable dining experience.

 Not only will you find Mediterranean cuisine, but some of my dishes will also have been influenced from my years of world travels.
